Description
Lead and manage a growing QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Establish clear ownership within the team, focusing on both manual and automation leads. Build a strong, accountable, and results-focused team culture.
Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and ensure coverage alignment. Drive risk-based testing and prioritization based on business impact. Own and drive the automation strategy, with a strong focus on frontend (Playwright) and backend validation.
Improve automation coverage, reliability, and maintainability, ensuring integration into CI/CD pipelines. Define and track QA benchmarks, providing clear and actionable reporting including root cause analysis and risk areas.
Identify gaps in QA and development processes and drive proactive improvements. Work closely with developers, product managers, and Release Manager to ensure alignment on quality goals. Promote quality ownership across teams, providing clear quality status and risk insight to collaborators.
