Senior Brand Designer

Pomelo Care is seeking a Senior Brand Designer for their in-house creative team. The successful candidate will design creative, compelling, and effective visual communications to elevate brand storytelling and build brand equity.

The Senior Brand Designer will champion collaboration and communication, providing creative solutions and subject matter expertise informed by strategic and cultural insights, brand positioning, business goals, and an up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conceptualizing and executing design solutions that communicate topics strategically, intuitively, and creatively across marketing and campaign initiatives.
• Collaborating with copywriters and designers to execute design work that delivers on the brief while maintaining quality and consistency at scale.
• Managing projects through the entire design process, from creative concept to iterations of mockups, visual guideline creation, and final production files.
• Working collaboratively with Brand and Marketing team members to execute creative solutions within allocated time and budget.
• Partnering with and presenting to key stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver creative solutions that innovate, delight customers, and exceed business objectives.
• Contributing to the evolution of the brand by exploring unique ideas, production processes, approaches, methods, and solutions.
• Ensuring thoughtful visual consistency and quality across multiple areas of work.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and cultural moments that fuel creative brand expression.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of experience in related design roles at agencies, studios, or in-house.
• A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and technical design skills, including 2D animation expertise.
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with After Effects and other applicable motion software.
• Strong understanding of core design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, and brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multifaceted, feedback-forward creative environment.

The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $155,000 plus an annual bonus.
