General Manager - Switzerland

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Switzerland. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.
• Design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side, leading interactions with top 30 strategic accounts in the market.
• Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.
• Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness.
• Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances.
• Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, in partnership with the global BD team.
• Ideate, own, and drive big bets in the country.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects.
• Background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises.
• Owner mentality, hands-on, and self-starter who is keen to get their hands dirty to produce results.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on leader who thinks outside the box and wants to generate results.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Swiss German is the preferred default; fluency in both Swiss German and French is a strong plus. Strong English is also required for internal collaboration.
