Description
We are seeking an Asesor de ventas y servicio to join our team in Puebla. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for improving customer experience at our branches and platforms, promoting our products and services to existing and potential clients, and closing sales to increase revenue in our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve customer experience at our branches and platforms according to the needs of our customers
- Promote our products and services to existing and potential clients
- Refer clients to promoters or alternative channels and/or close sales of traditional products to help increase revenue in our branch
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of banking products
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- At least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
