Service Assistant

We're looking for a Service Assistant to join our team at Porsche Centre Bonn. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and directing them to the relevant staff member
• Supporting the customer service team
• Ensuring a smooth workflow in the customer service department and providing excellent customer care
• Scheduling appointments
• Supporting our call centre
• Answering external customer calls
• Handling cash transactions and daily cash counts
• Preparing orders
• Maintaining customer data in our computer system
• Coordinating vehicle collection after repairs, including explaining invoices

Requirements:

• You have previous experience in a similar role, such as reception, call centre, customer advisor, or service staff
• You enjoy interacting with people
• You have strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset
• You are friendly and communicative, with a neat and tidy appearance
