This is an exciting opportunity to join the Porsche team at our centre in Baden-Baden. As a Serviceberater, you will be the key contact between our customers and the dealership, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the service process and ensuring that it is completed to the highest standards
- Building long-term relationships with our customers and understanding their needs
