Musketeer - On Premise Specialist

We are looking for a Musketeer - On Premise Specialist to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. As a Musketeer, you will be the personification of the Red Bull brand in our On Premise business.

Responsibilities:

• Showcase the Red Bull brand through your unique personality
• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners
• Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market
• Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull
• Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts

Requirements:

• Established contacts within the industry, or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred
• Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to analyze sales and customer data
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Benefits:

• Base salary range: $60,000-$90,000 + cash incentives
• Travel 40-50%
