IT Specialist (Focus Digital Workplace)

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our Digital Workplace Team at Red Bull Media House in Elsbethen, Salzburg. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and developing our Jira Cloud environment, supporting colleagues with software and hardware issues, and contributing to the efficient operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and develop our Jira Cloud environment to ensure it meets the company's needs
• Provide support to colleagues with software and hardware issues
• Contribute to the efficient operation of our IT systems, including meeting room and video conferencing solutions
• Collaborate with the Red Bull HQ IT Team to align standards and best practices
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve our digital workplace

Requirements:

• Completed IT education (e.g. HTL, FH, University)
• Several years of practical experience in an IT environment, ideally in Digital Workplace or IT Support
• Experience with Atlassian Jira or similar project management tools
• Experience with Confluence (area administration, structuring, content care)
• Experience with collaboration and design tools (e.g. Figma, Airtable, Notion)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German and English

We offer a salary package that is significantly higher than the collective bargaining minimum of €2,509 per month. The exact salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
