Description
The EHS Global Office and Communications Manager will support all global CoreWeave functions, working collaboratively in a matrixed organization to foster relationships across office management, HR, procurement, and legal. This role will be at the forefront of driving EHS culture, managing office safety programs, and leading global employee engagement and communication strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the central coordinator for global EHS office program activities and governance meetings.
- Writing and executing EHS communications and engagement for all CoreWeave operations.
- Driving consistency and standardization across global EHS office processes and tools.
- Establishing and managing EHS requirements for future office builds and healthy office initiatives.
- Providing staff training on key EHS programs and SOPs, and participating in regulatory inspections as needed.
- Supporting EHS investigations and CAPAs, developing regional dashboards for leadership.
- Regularly visiting and navigating various work environments, including corporate offices and industrial data center sites, to conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS, including demonstrated success leading creative employee engagement initiatives and implementing comprehensive EHS programs. They will possess a Bachelor's degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) field or equivalent professional experience.
