Senior ASIC Design Engineer - GPU

We are seeking a Senior ASIC Engineer to develop and implement a memory management unit (MMU) for top SoCs and GPUs. As part of the MMU team, you will work on a state-of-the-art memory management system with complex build requirements, contributing to the company's products used in consumer graphics, autonomous vehicles, and supercomputers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design a high-performance MMU for a GPU using advanced verification methodologies.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor other engineers on the team.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across different sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of relevant work or research experience.

• Experience in crafting memory subsystem units with properties such as memory coherency and arbitration policies.

• Proficiency in Verilog, VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Verdi, Synopsys, and Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or SystemVerilog.

• Strong communication skills are required.
