Description
We are seeking a Supervisor Safety to join our team in Gurugram, India. As a Supervisor Safety, you will be responsible for leading a team of safety professionals who handle urgent and escalated personal safety cases. You will work closely with our regional leadership and stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure the well-being of our users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting your team in handling urgent and escalated personal safety cases, prioritizing wellness and sustainability
- Managing the team's execution of complex, sensitive, and/or urgent issues that may pose a significant risk to our brand or community
- Working with your regional leadership to influence stakeholders and the Safety Service Manager to mitigate risks
- Serving as a point of contact for urgent or other sensitive cases within your region

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferably in operations, customer support, or a related service-oriented environment. You will also need to have at least 2+ years of direct supervisory or people management experience, ideally within domains such as safety, risk/threat management, or vulnerable customer engagement.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,370,000-₹1,790,000 INR per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including bonus or incentives, one or more equity programs, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
