Indirect Area Sales Manager - HD, OH/MI/IN/Western PA

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Indirect Area Sales Manager, responsible for selling and growing Castrol Passenger Car Oil (PCO) business in the assigned geography of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania.

The successful candidate will drive results and performance through the execution of key accountabilities, focusing on new business, account management, and OEM, Walmart ACC and Key Account field activation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize profitable growth of Castrol brands with a focus on premium products and strategic segments
• Visit customers and prospects four days per week
• Support, train and provide tools to Distributor Sales Representatives
• Prospect and develop pipeline in Salesforce
• Manage territory effectively using PowerBI
• Train Distributor Sales Representatives on Castrol programs and selling tools
• Support onboarding of OEM, Walmart ACC and Key Accounts
• Utilize Salesforce CRM daily to manage account relationships and pipeline
• Comply with bp's Code of Conduct, Values and Behaviors and HSSE Standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 80% travel required, with 50-60% overnight
• Experience working remotely and autonomously in sales territories
• Advanced Value Selling techniques and negotiation skills
• Solid ability to identify sources of value and overcome objections
• Experience with digital sales platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office

• Base salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
