Composite Laminator

We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join our team at our Wellingborough site. As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a broad range of products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
• Checking information on drawings is clear
• Checking route card instructions are correct
• Helping develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Keeping all equipment maintained
• Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy

You will be working in a day shift, Monday to Friday, with core hours of 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Motorsport/Automotive experience
• Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
• Good understanding of engineering drawings
• Attention to detail
