The Business Talent Acquisition team partners with non-technical organisations such as Financial Operations, CX, Corporate, Marketing, and Product, to hire the talent needed to support and scale Robinhood’s operations.
The team works closely with hiring leaders to plan hiring efforts, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a consistent and thoughtful hiring process.

As a Business Sourcer, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of candidates across a range of corporate roles.
You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
You will play a key role in early stage candidate engagement while helping improve sourcing approaches and workflows over time.
This role offers the opportunity to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term pipeline development across business teams.
There may be multiple opportunities aligned to similar skill sets across the team.

This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Business teams through research, outreach, and market mapping
- Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritise pipeline development efforts
- Track candidate activity and maintain organised workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and sourcing platforms
- Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates
What you bring
- 4+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on corporate or business roles
- Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
- Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into sourcing strategies
- Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate tracking
- Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$128,000-$150,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$112,000-$132,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$99,000-$117,000 USD
