As a Ford Pro Cross-Vehicle Brand Analyst, you will accelerate business growth by synchronizing brand marketing strategies and communications across critical workstreams. By translating field intelligence and market data into actionable insights, you will identify opportunities, lead cross-functional solutions, and measure performance against strategic objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Streamlining GTM Activation: Coordinate the communication of commercial incentives to internal GTM partners to ensure seamless execution across all sales channels.
Synthesizing Field Intelligence: Establish a regular cadence for gathering field feedback; distill these insights into actionable reports for internal teams to address market needs.
Maintaining Incentive Transparency: Publish and manage incentive summaries for dealers and field teams to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into commercial incentives.
Aligning Brand Priorities: Collaborate with Brand Managers to define cross-vehicle priorities and brief GTM teams, utilizing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework to track progress.
Developing Marketing Assets: Lead the creation and distribution of marketing materials for Commercial Vehicle Center (CVC) dealers and field teams, driving dealer adoption and tool effectiveness.
Leading Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with Finance, Tech, Web, and Field Operations to ensure brand alignment across all business units.
Driving Data-Informed Decisions: Utilize sales and market share data to inform brand tactics and hold partners accountable for measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related, 2+ years of experience in the automotive field or dealer experience, and 1+ year of experience leveraging complex data sources to derive insights.
