As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will provide comprehensive support to help drive Brex's next phase of growth across go-to-market which encompasses revenue, partnerships, strategic business development and PR.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of their executive offices, ensuring seamless communication, strong cross-functional alignment, and operational rigor across GTM and external partnership initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner, optimizing their time through expert calendar management and seamless coordination of travel and key projects. In addition to core administrative excellence, you will support strategic external partnerships, Brand/PR coordination, and cross-functional initiatives tied to revenue growth and ecosystem expansion.
This role requires strong business judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple work streams with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CRO's and CBO's calendars across multiple time zones, including internal and external meetings, interviews, and complex domestic and international travel.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to support critical company rhythms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal meetings.
- Ensure the CRO and CBO are strategically prepared for meetings, speaking engagements, and pipeline discussions by coordinating agendas, presentations, materials, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and facilitate team, leadership, and All Hands meetings, including preparing materials, capturing notes, tracking action items, and driving accountability to ensure alignment and execution.
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, SKOs, All Hands meetings, and customer meetings - owning logistics, agenda preparation, and event coordination.
- Support execution and tracking of key embedded and ecosystem partnerships, as well as external brand/PR activities, investor relations, and channel/referral program operations.
- Partner with Recruiting to schedule and facilitate executive interview loops.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for external partners and candidates, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business and partnership information.
- Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism across all communications, supporting internal and external correspondence with clarity and accuracy.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional partners to support company-wide initiatives while modeling operational excellence and strong cultural leadership.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, 2+ of those years supporting at the Executive level, specifically in Sales / GTM
- Outstanding organizational, written/verbal communication, and listening skills, plus high attention to detail
- Strong team-player attitude; needs to work well under pressure and be adaptable in the face of changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Expert with G-Suite (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.)
- High degree of discretion and integrity, especially when taking care of confidential information
