IT Support Team Lead - Maternity Cover

We are seeking an IT Support Team Lead to join the Infrastructure and Support team at Focusrite plc, a global music and audio group. The successful candidate will work out of our High Wycombe office, supporting the wider Focusrite Group of brands. The role involves responding to support tickets, working on internal improvement projects, and delivering an amazing user experience to internal customers.

The IT Support Team Lead will be responsible for:

• Responding to support tickets and working on internal improvement projects
• Facilitating the automation of internal processes and working to tight SLAs
• Supporting users across a range of technologies and debugging complex integration issues
• Keeping the environment available and secure
• Managing multiple support tickets and project tasks simultaneously
• Helping drive the technological choices of the business

Essential experience includes:

• Professional experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration
• Line Management
• Triage, Prioritisation and ticket queue management
• Jira and Confluence administration
• PowerShell or Graph API scripting
• SaaS admin (e.g. Zoom, Miro or similar tools)
• Configuring and Supporting Single Sign-On SSO (SAML/SCIM) with Entra ID

• Full UK Driving Licence
