Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive execution across engineering programs, including releases, cross-functional initiatives, and the communications and coordination infrastructure that keeps a scaling org aligned.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage releases end-to-end, including SDLC coordination, dependency mapping, and risk identification
• Drive cross-functional programs that span engineering, product, and the technical field
• Develop internal engineering communications, including status reporting and executive updates
• Design lightweight processes that get teams aligned without adding bureaucracy
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI leverage

Requirements:

• Track record of running multi-team SaaS releases and broader engineering programs with complex dependencies
• Technical depth to distinguish realistic from fantasy, with a networking or infrastructure background a plus
• Ability to translate fluently between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience building lightweight processes that get followed
• Comfortable challenging unrealistic commitments and unclear program goals

The base pay range for this role is between $190,000 and $220,000.
