SIP Trainer, USASOC

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Mission Operator to join its USSOCOM System Integration Partner Program as a SIP Trainer, USASOC. The successful candidate will resource and help execute world-class technical training instruction to partner components and their unique demands.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and education to SOF components across the entire Systems Integration Partner family-of-systems
• Manage, plan, coordinate, and own current and prototype solutions of USSOCOM's C-UAS portfolio for the 75th RR
• Contribute to training curriculums across various platforms
• Collaborate with SOF component customers and own the cUAS problem for them
• Create and update training material for Anduril and partner product capabilities
• Manage the end-to-end hardware and software configurations for all assigned cUAS equipment
• Build bridges between SOF components and Anduril, serving as the internal voice of the customer

Requirements:

• 8 years of work experience, with a history of serving in or directly supporting the 75th RR
• Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing work in isolated environments
• Resourcefulness and independent collaboration
• Training background, ideally planning training events, developing curriculum, and/or delivering training
• Comfort with communicating complex thoughts simply
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• United States Army Special Operations experience required
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

The position is full-time, with a salary range of $126,000-$167,000 USD. Anduril offers top-tier benefits, including comprehensive health coverage and equity grants.
