We're searching for a temporary Project Associate - HSE, Training Content to join our diverse team and contribute to our world-class Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training initiatives. Support the creation of HSE training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids. Translate regulatory requirements and HSE policies into clear, user-friendly training content. Assist in developing visual and interactive materials, including videos, infographics, and micro-learning. Review and update existing training materials to ensure they are accurate and relevant. Conduct research on global HSE standards and guidelines, including ISO 45001 and ISO 45003. Collaborate with HSE subject matter authorities to ensure technical accuracy. Partner with other Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to align content creation and optimize delivery methods across the organization. Help coordinate and maintain training documentation and content libraries. Assist in evaluating training efficiency through feedback and basic data analysis.
