Powersports Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Powersports Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen and expand the performance of the existing business. The successful candidate will oversee the evaluation and enhancement of current operations by analyzing performance data, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing workflow improvements to drive efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Optimization: Lead the assessment and redesign of business processes to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing process solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure synergy and provide direction and guidance to teams.
• Performance Management: Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide direction, coaching, and support to build a high-performing, engaged team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the PS&P Industry
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performance teams
• Comprehensive expertise in project management, result tracking, and the formulation of recovery plans and countermeasures
• Knowledge of Honda SED processes and Powersports and Power Equipment products
• Experience in forecasting and tracking Sales/Production
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong internal and external teams
