Beauty Expert

We are seeking a part-time Beauty Expert to join our team at our Basel store. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the heart and soul of the counter, providing customers with a perfect make-up experience and helping them feel confident and beautiful.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Increasing sales and exceeding targets
• Converting customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors
• Providing excellent customer service and embodying our brand style
• Building long-lasting relationships with customers through your professional artistry skills, exceptional product knowledge, and passion for delivering outstanding results

Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand
• Ideally, make-up artist experience
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
• Deutschniveau B2
