Kennels Bar Assistant

As a Kennels Bar Assistant, you'll be part of a close-knit team delivering warm, intuitive service in a unique setting. You'll serve classic favourites and cocktails, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere for members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly, attentive service that feels personal and memorable
• Building genuine rapport with members and guests
• Confidently serving drinks and sharing knowledge of our menu
• Keeping the bar and back-of-house areas clean, organised and well presented
• Staying informed about what's happening across the Estate to enhance the guest experience
• Supporting the Bar Manager and wider team with a proactive, can-do approach

We're looking for someone with a natural passion for hospitality and great service, confidence communicating with a wide range of people, and a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
