We are seeking an experienced Ejecutivo Negocios Pyme to join our team in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. As an Ejecutivo Negocios Pyme, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our small business customer base by identifying opportunities and offering retail business banking solutions with a consultative and compliance-focused approach.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance Minimum three years of experience in banking operations Minimum three years of experience in sales Minimum three years of experience as an Account Executive or Segment Manager Intermediate level of English Knowledge of markets, external regulations Knowledge of financial mathematics Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) Knowledge of retail business banking products Ability to build relationships with customers Ability to identify and develop business opportunities Ability to manage a portfolio Passion for sales Ability to detect customer needs Availability to work Monday to Saturday Ability to travel to meet with customers Desirable: Certification as a Financial Advisor
