Description
The Seasonal Hospitality General Staff Team Member will work under the direction of the Event Experience team. This role is responsible for greeting guests, checking admissions and answering questions in various hospitality locations on race day. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing and positive, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include: Attending and participating in all pre-event training sessions and assigned event days Working extended hours due to business requirements, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and indoor/outdoor environments Being punctual, dependable and able to stand for periods of time, walk long distances and lift up to 25lbs Exuding a positive attitude and prioritizing the guest experience Some positions may require work for 1 hour past the checkered flag
Must be available to work Championship Race Weekend, November 6-8.
