Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Lakewood location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients on proper techniques and exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
