Description
As an AVS at HSBC México, you will have the opportunity to develop a professional career in a service-oriented role. Your primary function will be to improve the customer experience in our branch by providing excellent service and promoting our products and services to existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in the branch
- Promote and sell HSBC's products and services to existing and potential customers
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (or equivalent)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
- Experience in the financial sector is preferred
