Physical Therapist

We're seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
• Creating measurable, functional goals and adjusting plans of care as patients progress.
• Educating patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
• Supervising and guiding Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Using evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
• Determining discharge timelines and providing patients with strategies for long-term success.
• Documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
