As Product Lead - Growth, you will oversee one of Plaid's highest-breadth portfolios. You'll lead PMs across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations, setting strategy for funnel optimization, down-market acquisition, enterprise enablement, and the customer lifecycle model. You will partner deeply with Engineering, Design, BI/DS, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to shape growth motions across all GTM channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead PMs across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations.
- Define the end-to-end growth strategy across website, PLG, SMB, enterprise, and partnerships.
- Own core funnel performance: traffic → MQL → onboarding → activation.
- Drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions.
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals, identify product gaps, and shape deal mechanics.
- Oversee onboarding risk engine and customer compliance workflows.
- Build and operationalize Plaid’s Customer Lifecycle Model (CLM) to ensure clean customer state and entitlement logic.
- Use data to identify funnel opportunities, segment users, validate hypotheses, and drive experimentation.
- Make resource allocation and prioritization decisions across a high-breadth portfolio.
- Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and insights to Executive, GTM, and Engineering leadership
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing PMs.
- Demonstrated success leading PLG or B2B growth at scale.
- Strong analytical and funnel optimization skills; comfort with data modeling and experimentation.
- Deep experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing).
- Experience supporting enterprise deals or partnership motions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple domains: growth, risk, compliance, onboarding, internal systems.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
