Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehab team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function. You will also provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote recovery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
