Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Lörrach. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for advising customers on maintenance and service matters, ensuring smooth and timely execution of service orders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on all maintenance and service matters
• Ensure seamless and punctual execution of service orders
• Conduct information and advisory discussions with customers
• Create precise calculations and transparent cost previews
• Coordinate repairs effectively

Requirements:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Experience as a Service Advisor is desirable
• Certification as a recognised Automobile Service Advisor is an advantage
• Good organisational skills and negotiation abilities
• High teamwork and flexibility
• Familiarity with the DMS system 'Cross' is beneficial
• Class B driving licence
