Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow our Commercial customer base. This person must be based in Dublin, Ireland, and is expected to go into the office 3 days per week.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Be a key contributor to account retention and existing account growth
- Partner with multiple internal functions
- Help set the standard for a newly created function via continued iteration
You are a good fit if you:
- Manage your time efficiently, are well organised, task-oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are not adverse to change
- Work well with others and are continuously open to feedback and striving to improve
