As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and effective brand representation programme in the world. You know the Red Bull target group and are responsible for the brand image and product knowledge at your university and in your territory. The goal of the Student Marketeer programme is to reach new consumers, conquer university students, increase sales and visibility of the brand at universities. This means direct contact with potential consumers and customers through product testing, but also direct collaboration during Red Bull events to ensure a memorable brand experience. Our Student Marketeers enjoy the dynamism compared to office work and want to work in a creative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being a Brand & Product Ambassador
- Living the brand values and representing the brand fully through continuous interaction with consumers and customers
- Increasing the number of our consumers through product sampling and knowledge of Red Bull, through activities in the right place and at the right time, responding competently to consumer questions
- Planning and implementing an innovative action plan within universities that engages students and highlights the brand
- Creating a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sector
- Bringing Red Bull to life on your social media channels with authentic and true content
- Collaborating at Red Bull events to ensure a unique consumer experience
- Excellence in execution
- Always striving for excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of your work
- Sharing ideas and collaborating with your team, through regular face-to-face and online meetings
- Planning and managing your work through an online platform, respecting deadlines and being accurate
- Contributing to the development of Red Bull's media business, through local analysis of trends and general opportunities
- Being sales specialists
- Creating a relationship with local sales accounts and ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in retail outlets
- Collaborating with sales to open new retail outlets inside and outside your university
- Utilising all Red Bull assets to put them in the spotlight in retail outlets
- Ensuring perfect execution of required standards in retail outlets
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality, sociable with a natural ability to relate to people from different backgrounds in various situations. You should be immersed in university life with a deep knowledge of the university, the city, and the area, including extracurricular university activities. We are looking for someone with a creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. You should be able to manage studying and a part-time job, and be available to work some evenings or weekends. We are also looking for someone who is eager to acquire new skills, especially in marketing and sales. You should be passionate about the Red Bull brand and product, and be a university student. Proficiency in the English language is also required.
As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you can expect 50-60% travel.
