Description
This Business Analyst will support the Customer technology platform for Southern Company Gas (GAS) applications used by GAS Distribution Operations for our state regulated Local Distribution Companies (LDC).
The role will have primary responsibility for assessing systems and issues and making suggestions to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with others to elicit requirements and develop implementation and project plans with stakeholders
- Identifying how technology can be applied to solve organisational problems
- Managing technical issues and working with developers to ensure requirements are met
- Updating and managing configurations and providing support for application software solutions
- Ensuring functionality gap resolution is performed for both new software as well as enhancements to existing software
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
