We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our Finance team within the IT&S Group at Bp.
As a Salesforce Solution Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and develop solutions using Salesforce
- Design, test, and implement Salesforce configurations and customisations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce development and implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
