As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to vacation rental owners, executing sales strategies, and generating sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing sales strategies to find out if Holidu is the right solution for hosts' needs
- Handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Being rigorous in activity tracking and monitoring completion of monthly targets
- Conducting regular business trips to focus regions and gaining valuable market insights
- Supporting the onboarding process of new team members and sharing knowledge with international sales teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts both on the phone and face-to-face
- A positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships
- A solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way
Preferred but not mandatory qualifications include experience in sales or account management, travel industry, or online business.
You will also need near-native German skills and fluent English skills, with Italian language skills being a plus.
