You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
• Driving sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store.
• Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
• Handling inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Assisting with product selection, providing information, and showcasing products.
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintaining flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enforcing company policies and performing other assigned duties.

The pay rate for this position is $21.30 per hour.
