Beauty Expert

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Fenwick Kingston. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. You will be responsible for empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams.

You will combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You will believe in the product being accessible to everybody – and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's
• Building solid relationships with team members and management contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role
• Championing the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
• Adapting your approach to activities, customers and opportunities to open up for stratospheric success
• Following the company grooming standards to a tee

You will have:

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• Ideally experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
• A passion for all things Charlotte Tilbury and a desire to spread the word
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs
