Description
We are seeking a Staff Platform Manager to join our Community Experience Platforms team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-profile projects and working collaboratively across multiple cross-functional teams across the company.
A typical day for this role will involve understanding the competitive landscape, challenging the status quo, and influencing design and product marketing teams to inspire a unified outcome. The candidate will also define success with clearly measurable objectives and key results, and prioritize work based on inputs from multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to appreciate and articulate great user experience. They will also be able to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
This is a remote eligible position, and the role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is remote eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
