Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to join our Corporate FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnering, cash flow management, financial modeling, balance sheet analysis, and process improvement. This individual will be instrumental in driving the financial planning and analysis function, guiding strategic decision-making, and optimising financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Analysing current and past financial data and performance, preparing reports, scenarios and projections based on this analysis
- Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making, conducting sensitivity analysis of impacts driven by various risks and opportunities, and developing analytics and automations to drive insights into business trends and performance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner. They will also have a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment and experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
