Student Marketeer

As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the most dynamic and influential brand ambassador programme in the world. You will understand the target group of Red Bull and take care of the image of the brand and product on campus and in the region. Your goal is to reach new consumers, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.

You will have direct contact with consumers and customers, create opportunities for them to try the product, and provide unforgettable experiences related to the brand during Red Bull events. Student Marketeers value flexibility over sitting at a desk from 9:00 to 17:00 and enjoy working in a creative atmosphere.

Key areas where you will showcase your strengths:

• Be an ambassador of the brand and product
• Develop a strong network of relationships with key individuals in the area
• Create and implement innovative plans for the campus, engaging students and bringing the brand to life
• Manage social media presence and engage with the audience
• Work at events and ensure that consumers have unforgettable experiences related to the brand

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and sociable personality
• Ability to find common ground with people from different backgrounds
• Strong relationships with students, the university, the city, and the region
• Ability to combine creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility, and initiative
• Ability to work part-time while studying, preferably also willing to work evenings and weekends
• Good relationships with groups and individuals on campus
• Desire to acquire and apply new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and its products
• Student status at a higher education institution
• Proficient in English
