Join the Aristocrat team as a Supplier Quality Engineer and contribute to our world-class operations. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our supply chain.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing quality and technical subject matter expertise throughout the product lifecycle. Translating build requirements and establishing Critical-to-Quality characteristics. Conducting on-site vendor audits and assessing manufacturing, assembly, and quality practices. Performing regular quality control audits and ensuring compliance with standards. Assessing incoming supplies and products for defects and quality assurance. Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality and performance. Offering technical advice and mentorship to suppliers for process optimization. Serving as a liaison between senior management and vendors to resolve quality issues. Managing and reporting on internal and external supplier corrective actions. Assisting in problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis. Providing training to suppliers and internal teams as needed. Supporting continuous improvement of product development and processes.
We are looking for a driven individual with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related field or equivalent experience. You should have 8+ years of experience in similar roles within a regulated industry, strong abilities in statistical analysis and quality assurance, and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and engineering build processes.
