Description
We are looking for a creative ATE Test Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Manager, ATE Test Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of hardworking engineers developing test and automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining test strategies/roadmap and finding opportunities for improvement, driving cross-functional workflow improvements including automation, simulation, and AI, providing technical mentorship and strategic direction for the team, developing and tracking KPIs to measure test process effectiveness and efficiency, collaborating cross-functionally to drive new product development and introduction activities, and supporting other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of relevant experience ATE testing (emphasis on SRAM testing), 4 years of experience of leading a team, working knowledge and hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8), critical thinking, good communication, leadership and collaboration skills, excellent debugging and analytical skills, and understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST and IOBIST.
In addition, knowledge of active thermal management, product engineering experience, such as yield analysis, vmin/fmax characterization, defect analysis, Teradyne UFlex experience, and experience with AI-assisted workflow using Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT to enhance efficiency of everyday work are desirable.
