Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel at Red Bull, you will work at the intersection of legal expertise and entrepreneurial dynamics. You will advise the management, leadership, and specialist departments on key legal issues and actively contribute to empowering people and ideas.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the specialist departments in the General Legal area in reviewing and drafting contracts, bringing your legal expertise to diverse issues. You will focus on contract design, civil law, commercial law, e-commerce, data protection, and competition law.
• You will analyse legal situations, assess potential risks, and develop practical solutions.
• You will assist with training and workshops for our employees.
• You will contribute to developing modern legal tools, including robotics solutions and our content management system.

Requirements:

• Completed first and second state exams in law and/or a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.)
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Solid professional experience in an internationally oriented law firm or company, preferably with in-depth knowledge of food trade, contract design, and general terms and conditions law
• Efficient, pragmatic, and business-oriented application of legal skills
• Ability to work independently and quickly find solutions to new problems
• Goal-oriented, self-responsible, thorough, and structured working style
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and proactivity
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Very good MS Office skills
