Marketing Intern (Sports/Events Marketing)

We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Intern to join our Sports and Events Marketing team in São Paulo.

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the administration and workflow of internal demands in the events area, assist in the execution of brand events and partner events.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support in controlling and administering the financial flow of the area, including opening POs, sending invoices, and generating monthly reports.
• Order and send products to events and partners on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly event presentations in PPT format.
• Monitor and update the global sports marketing platform (SportsNet) on a weekly basis.
• Support project specialists in managing projects, including contract administration, financial management, branding, and logistics.
• Manage, control, and report on small events and projects.

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree with an expected completion date from July 2028 onwards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day.
