We are looking for a Trainee Composite Laminator to join our team at our Wellingborough site. Crosby Composites is a leading carbon fibre manufacturer working in high-end, luxury automotive and Formula 1. Established in 1982, the company has almost 40 years' experience in this field.
As a Trainee Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a broad range of products. You will check information on drawings is clear, check route card instructions are correct, and help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency. You will also keep all equipment maintained, ensure the department is kept clean and tidy, and pay attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. They will be practical, enjoy practical working, and have a positive attitude. A team player with good communication skills is essential.
