Oracle ERP - Finance And/Or SCM Lead Consultant - Netherlands

We are looking for experienced Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain lead consultants to help sell and deliver Oracle transformation programmes at some of our key clients across UKI and Western Europe.

The Role: You will take a key delivery role of Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions, operating across different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will work with stakeholders in the client organisation across requirements analysis, functional design, process design, and fit-gap recommendations, through to deployment and business readiness support.

Responsibilities:

• Taking a key delivery role of Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions
• Operating across different phases of the consulting lifecycle
• Shaping and selling Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions
• Actively engaging in the definition and creation of Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions
• Managing and supporting proactive Oracle proposal development
• Assuming the role of trusted advisor to clients
• Coordinating relationship building activities across teams
• Collaborating with Oracle ERP colleagues in a multi-geography, hybrid delivery environment

Requirements:

• Established knowledge & experience in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) functional roles
• Track-record of at least two successful end to end Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) Cloud implementations
• Well established networks, relationships and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem
• Ability to work in at a senior client-facing level within complex organisations
• Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications
• Strong presentation skills
• Collaborative team player
• Mature interpersonal and influencing skills
