Description
We're building a complete finance stack for startups and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Support team, you'll ensure our users receive warmth and competence when they have questions or needs that aren't being met by our product.
Your responsibilities will include answering user questions over chat and email, handling user account requests, teaching customers how to use our product, identifying systemic flaws that lead to user problems, and working with our engineering team to find and squash bugs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have 3+ years of experience in a Customer Experience/Customer Support role, experience with Zendesk, and consistently exercise empathy. You'll also need to exude competence, always seek to answer the question behind the question, and understand how to translate convoluted banking or engineering terminology into clear, human user communication.
