Młodszy Specjalista ds. Badań i Rozwoju

We are seeking a Junior Research and Development Specialist to join our team in Gliwice, Poland.

The successful candidate will support the development and improvement of products and processes, including planning and conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and preparing recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct laboratory tests and experiments in the area of product and technology development
• Develop and modify recipes, process parameters, and research methods
• Analyze and interpret results, draw conclusions, and recommend corrective actions or improvements
• Maintain research documentation (reports, protocols, trial cards) and ensure data quality
• Collaborate with departments such as production, quality, purchasing, and project teams during implementation and testing

Requirements:

• Higher education in chemistry
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a chemical laboratory
• Professional knowledge of lubricants chemistry
• Experience in the petrochemical industry
• Project management skills
• Teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Communicative English language skills
