Description
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Sr. Associate Business Solutions Analyst to partner with business teams in designing and implementing data-centric solutions that enable key business outcomes. In this role, you will work on analytics initiatives, support business process improvements, and help translate data into actionable insights that drive performance.
This role will also be responsible for providing analytical support on various cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on driving increased sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building Power BI dashboards, as well as leveraging data to inform decisions and drive measurable results.
You will operate with a higher level of autonomy, contributing to multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and helping to enhance data capabilities across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that support strategic objectives
- Provide analytical support to cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on improving sales performance and operational efficiency
- Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred) to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and deliver data solutions
- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and Product Management
- Develop and improve data integration strategies across multiple data sources and platforms
- Create clear documentation, business cases, and reporting frameworks aligned with stakeholder needs
- Support UAT, technical specifications, and system enhancements with minimal supervision
- Ensure data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to data processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and enhance reporting capabilities
- Manage multiple priorities and contribute to projects with increasing complexity and ownership
